And while my husband has only tried it once, I make these quite often for breakfast, even making them to take to work for lunch. Start with 2 eggs, a banana and 1/4 cup of oats Add all ingredients to a bowl or cup Mix with a stick mix or with a fork until its all combined. If you use a fork make sure its very well combined.
