Peanut Butter Quinoa Bites
– 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
– 1/2 cup oats
– 1/2 peanut butter
– 3 tablespoons honey
– small handful chic chips
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Form into balls on baking tray. Bake for about 10 minutes.
You can also add other nuts or dried fruit. Some of these have dried cranberries.
