Each month I feature one of my favourite YouTube channels. Sharing the little things I like about them and of course the video I like the most. This month is TED Talks. Unfortunately, almost all of the videos on this channel are over 10 minutes long, which doesn’t really make for quick viewing.
TED Talks are influential videos from expert speakers on education, business, science, tech and creativity. I find they are particularly good for motivation. And sometimes I am looking to learn something new.
The video above details how comedian James Veitch tried to unsubscribe to a local supermarket mailing list.
James says “anything can be fun if you find the right game”, which really reminds me of Mary Poppins. But he makes a great point.
I’m sure there will many more occasions that I feel the need to share more from this channel but you can click here to see more TED Talks.
You can also access many of these great topics from the various TED podcasts channels. The podcasts are particularly great for learning a little bit of information on a new topic. Many have enlightened me into a new way of thinking, shedding some light on particular issues or just provide me with more general knowledge.
