Each month I feature one of my favourite YouTube channels, sharing the little things I like about them and of course the video I like best. This month is Fitness Blender. I have been subscribed to Fitness Blender for well over 18 months now. I came across the channel while searching for a HIIT workout to do at home.

The videos now include a time bar that progresses as you move through the video, a demo of the next move before it starts, a countdown timer for seconds left doing each move and approximate calories burned calculation that updates continuously. Unfortunately, some of the videos are just the workout video, with no warm up or cool down. I usually just jog some laps of the house to warm up then stretch to cool down.
There are too many amazing videos on this channel to pick a favourite. I love any HIIT style workout.
