The Parcel Winter edition is jam-packed with so many useful items, my favourite being the nail polish remover.

Woolworths Select – Nail Polish Removal Wipes
When I saw this in the parcel I was a tad annoyed, it is a $2 product from the supermarket! But now that I have tried it there is a really good chance that I will purchase it. There are quite a few wipes in the tiny package (30 according to the label) but they are a little difficult to separate from each other, like those paper plates at a BBQ. The wipes were absolutely drenched in oily remover, so they are probably only useful if you are taking all of your polish off rather than patching it up.
O.P.I Nail Lacquer – Romantically Involved
Another red nail polish. I think I have about 7 in my collection now. I have been meaning to do a post on my nail polish collection. When I think about this nail colour for some reason I think it is darker than it actually is. I’d call it a dark red but not quite oxblood which was popular a few years ago. It’s still useful as you can’t go past a classic red.
Face
L’Oreal Paris – Volume Million Lashes so Couture
I actually haven’t opened this & probably won’t for a while. I currently have 3 mascara’s on the go, all of which came from sample boxes. I’ve been meaning to look up how long un-opened mascara will last, leave a comment below if you know!
Again, I don’t need another lip balm. It smells like lemon & was a bit oily when I tested it on my hand. I actually saw a video recently that suggested EOS lip balm was the cause of the YouTuber’s dry, flaky lips so I have stopped using mine. They don’t seem to have improved much yet but I’d say there are other factors at play here.
Estee Lauder – Revitalizing Supreme Global Anti-Aging Creme
First up, this smells like something my grandma would use. To me, it just has that old lady product smell to it, but I do like it. It thickened on my face and had to work a little bit to spread it across my face. It takes a little while to soak in, I had to consciously remember not to rub my face for a while.
Neutrogena – Hydro Boost Mask for Intense Hydration & Make-Up Remover Cleansing Towelettes
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Make-Up Remover Cleansing Towelettes, this is my third or fourth sample. They don’t dry out easily, take off a full face of 24 hour make-up quite easily & I find I don’t need to moisturise my face afterwards. Because of this I had high hopes for the mask but was a little disappointed. It was a bit difficult to unfold without tearing, was almost dripping with ‘hydration’ & had to wipe the excess moisture off my face afterwards.
Hair
John Frieda – Beach Blond Shampoo, Conditioner & Sea-Salt Spray
The shampoo & conditioner both smell like aloe vera & cucumber to me, but apart from that they don’t appear to be any different to any other shampoo & condition combination I have tried. I have sampled the Sea-Salt spray but I don’t think I gave it a good enough go, perhaps I’m not using enough product. I did end up with a slight wave to the ends of my hair but wouldn’t call it noticeable beach waves.
