Dip always makes a great snack. And, for those that have a bit of a sweet tooth like me, this protein fruit dip is a protein-packed afternoon treat. You can eat this straight from the bowl with a spoon, add fruit to the bowl, or use it as a dip with fruit.
You can even cover fruit in the dip and freeze it for a cool treat.
I find chocolate or strawberry protein powder works best. But vanilla is my absolute favourite for this recipe. I haven’t had the chance to test it with any other flavours. But I’m sure it would taste amazing with cookies and cream.
Use chocolate protein powder for a sweet dip that works with fruit and other chocolates.
Strawberry protein powder for a healthy fruit dip for parties.
Lemon-flavored greek yogurt can turn it into a cheesecake dip. Or use cream cheese for a different taste with a bit less protein.
Add peanut butter or any other nut butter to change the flavor yet again.
Whichever flavour you choose, pick one that suits your needs. From fat free to low carb, low calorie to guten free and sugar free to weight loss, we all have different nutrition goals when it comes to easy healthy meals.
