  • frozen blueberries
  • milk any
  • protein powder
  • banana sliced
  • strawberries sliced
  • chis seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend the blueberries, milk and protein powder in a blender.

  2. Empty the contents of the blender into a bowl.

  3. Strategically place the chopped fruit in the bowl.

  4. Sprinkle chia seeds on the top.
